莱芜猪胴体重、背膘厚和肌内脂肪含量的相关分析

摘　　要：莱芜猪是中国华北型猪的典型代表,具有极高的肌内脂肪(intramuscular fat,IMF)含量。为深入了解莱芜猪脂肪沉积的种质特性,本研究以杜长大商品猪为对比,系统测定莱芜猪的胴体重、背膘厚和IMF含量,分析性状间的相关性。结果表明,莱芜猪有很强的背部脂肪和肌内脂肪沉积能力,其平均背膘厚及肌内脂肪含量均极显著(P<0.01)高于杜长大。莱芜猪的胴体重与平均背膘厚、肩部最厚处背膘厚和腰荐结合处背膘厚显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)相关,杜长大的胴体重与平均背膘厚、肩部最厚处背膘厚、最后肋背膘厚和腰荐结合处背膘厚相关均未达到显著水平;莱芜猪的胴体重与IMF含量相关系数仅为-0.097,基本不存在相关性,杜长大的胴体重与IMF含量相关系数较高(0.37),但未达到显著相关水平。莱芜猪的IMF含量与平均背膘厚及肩部最厚处背膘厚、最后肋背膘厚、腰荐结合处背膘厚无显著相关性,杜长大的IMF含量与其均为极显著正相关(P<0.001或P<0.01)。本研究不仅为利用莱芜猪开展脂肪沉积遗传机理研究提供数据支持,而且对于科学选择屠宰体重具有重要的指导意义。Laiwu pig is a typical representative of North China type pig,which has high content of intramuscular fat(IMF).In order to understand the germplasm characteristics of Laiwu pig’s fat deposition,the carcass weight,backfat thickness and IMF content of Laiwu pigs were measured and the correlations among them were analyzed with Duroc pig as control.The results showed that Laiwu pigs had strong deposition ability for backfat and IMF,and the average backfat thickness and IMF content were significantly higher than those of Duroc pigs(P<0.01).The carcass weight of Laiwu pigs was significantly correlated with the average backfat thickness,backfat thickness at the shoulder and the lumbar(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the carcass weight of Duroc pigs had no significant correlation with the average backfat thickness and the backfat thickness of each point.The correlation coefficient between carcass weight and IMF content of Laiwu pigs was only-0.097,implying no correlation existed between them,whereas the correlation coefficient between carcass weight and IMF content of Duroc pigs was higher(0.37),but did not reach the significant level.The IMF content of Laiwu pigs was negatively correlated or not correlated with the average backfat thickness and the backfat thickness of each point,whereas the IMF content of Duroc pigs was significantly positively correlated with the average backfat thickness and the backfat thickness of each point(P<0.001 or P<0.01).This study could not only provide data support for research on genetic mechanism of fat deposition in Laiwu pig,but also has important guiding significance for scientific selection of slaughter weight in Laiwu pig production.
