摘  要:随着教育课程的深入改革,个性化、综合化成为了教育教学的重点内容,小学生正处在学习一切知识的基础阶段,利用新型教学方式有助于改善其学习能力,给其未来发展带去积极影响。该文详细介绍了农村小班化的主要特征与语文学科开设分层教学的必要性,提出设立教学目标、改善教学方式、布置分层作业、开展分层教学评价及加强师生间互动交流五项开设分层教学的有效策略,从而优化小学生的语文素养。With the in-depth reform of education curriculum,personalization and integration have become the key content of education and teaching.Primary school students are in the basic stage of learning all knowledge.The use of new teaching methods will help to improve their learning ability and bring positive impact on their future development.This paper introduces in detail the main characteristics of small classes in rural areas and the necessity of setting up hierarchical teaching in Chinese subjects,and puts forward five effective strategies for setting up hierarchical teaching,such as setting up teaching objectives,improving teaching methods,arranging hierarchical homework,carrying out hierarchical teaching evaluation and strengthening the interactive communication between teachers and students,so as to optimize the Chinese literacy of primary school students.
