摘  要:在成果导向教育教学改革中,提出了5大学习领域,确定了23个POC,将POC落实到专业具体课程,分解为课程预期学习成果SOC和单元预期成果SUOC,构建了专业、课程和学习单元的有机统一体;采用多种教学方式,达到与预期学习成果相匹配;实现企业需求、培养目标、课程体系和教学内容有机衔接;建立教学资源建设规范;建立多层次评价、诊断与改进体系,持续改进人才培养质量。Many steps are taken in the application of outcome-based education. Five learning areas are put forward and 23 profession outcomes(POCs) are determined, which are implemented into specific courses. The POCs are then divided into the expected subject outcomes(SOCs) and the expected subject unit outcoms(SUOCs). All of these mentioned above have built an organic unity of majors, courses and learning units. Multiple teaching methods are adopted to match the expected POCs. The needs of enterprises, educating objectives, curriculum system and teaching contents are organically linked. Teaching resources construction norms are established. Finally, multi-level evaluation, diagnosis and improvement systems are established to continuously improve the quality of talents training.
