教师“立德树人”任务完成对学生学习幸福感影响的调查——以武汉职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：教师的思想品德、行为习惯、价值取向和授课及沟通方式等会直接对学生的学习幸福感产生影响。从教师完成"立德树人"使命任务对学生学习幸福感影响状况调查为出发点,研究分析教师履职尽责对培养出德智体美劳全面发展的人才有重要意义。2020年11月,从武汉职业技术学院2万多名学生中随机抽取350名学生进行问卷调查,随机选取7位同学进行深度访谈。调查结果显示,学生比较喜爱谈论式和实践式教学方式、以表扬鼓励为主的任务评价方式、倾听内心想法的长者型教师、尊重并理解学生的教师。为了提升学生学习幸福感指数,建议教师从改进教学态度、改良教学方式、改革评价方式、构建教学风格等方面提高"立德树人"任务的完成质量。Teachers’ideology,moral character,behavior habits,value orientation,teaching and communication methods will directly affect students’learning happiness.Starting from the investigation of the impact of teachers’fulfillment of the mission of"cultivating people by virtue"on students’learning wellbeing,research and analysis of teachers’fulfillment of their duties is of great significance for cultivating talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,and art.In November 2020,350 students were randomly selected from more than 20,000 students in Wuhan Polytechnic to conduct a questionnaire survey,and 7 students were randomly selected for in-depth interviews.The survey results show that students prefer discussion and practice teaching methods,task evaluation methods based on praise and encouragement,elderly teachers who listen to their inner thoughts,and teachers who respect and understand students.In order to improve the learning happiness index of students,it is suggested that teachers improve the quality of the task of"cultivating people by virtue"by improving teaching attitudes,improving teaching methods,reforming evaluation methods,and constructing teaching styles.
