摘 要:以功能目的论为视角考察了榆林红色旅游文化外宣文本翻译现状,发现榆林红色旅游文化外宣文本翻译存在大量功能性、文化性和语言性翻译失误现象。这在一定程度上损害了榆林对外形象,也影响了榆林红色旅游文化的对外传播。功能目的论为榆林红色旅游文化外宣文本翻译质量的提升提供了很好的借鉴和指导作用:译者在翻译过程中应充分考虑原语文本的类型、功能和目的,秉持目的、忠实和连贯三原则,灵活采用减译、增译、直译、加注、语篇重组等翻译策略,从而使译语在符合译语文化和译语环境的同时将榆林红色旅游文化信息准确传递给译语读者。An investigation of the C-E translation of publicity texts for red tourism culture in Yulin from the perspective of Functionalist Theory leads to the finding that a great number of errors existing the the English texts including functional,cultural and linguistic errors,which,to some degree,has defaced Yulin’s international image and exerted a negative influence on the international communication of Yulin red tourism culture.The Functionalist Theory of Translation sheds light on how to improve the C-E translation of publicity texts for Yulin red tourism culture.While translating this kind of texts,the translator shall take into account the type and function of the original texts as well as the special purpose lying behind the translation.He shall also adhere to the skopos rule,coherence rule and fidelity rule proposed by Functionalist Theory of Translation,and employ in a flexible way such translation strategies as abridgment,addition,annotation,literal translation and discourse reorganization so that the translated texts might conform to the target readers’culture and language environment and the red tourism culture embodied in the original texts can be conveyed to the target readers accurately.
