摘　　要：针对高职自动化类专业的人才培养,本文以浙江省机电职业技术学院电气电子技术系为例,以提升学生的学习积极性和主动性,增强其就业竞争力与可持续发展能力为目的,从确定专业定位、创新人才培养模式、科学构建课程体系和教学模式、深化产教融合等方面对高职自动化技术专业人才培养方案进行了系统设计。Aiming at the training of talents in higher vocational automation majors,this article takes the Electrical and Electronic Technology Department of Zhejiang Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College as an example,with the purpose of enhancing students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,and promoting their competitiveness and sustainable development.A systematic designing of the training scheme for higher vocational automation talents has been carried out from the aspects of determining professional orientation,innovating talent training mode,scientifically constructing curriculum system and teaching mode,and deepening the integration of production and education.
