摘 要:目的探讨三维质量结构理论的双路径导师制在本科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取本科护生208名分为对照组102名和观察组106名,对照组采用传统的科室导师临床教学模式,观察组采用基于三维质量结构理论的双路径导师制教学模式,包括构建质量监控管理体系、组建双路径导师团队、实施教学管理方案。教学结束后,比较双路径导师胜任力、护生学习能力、师生双向满意度。结果观察组护生对双路径导师胜任力评价总分高于对照组(P<0.01),自我导向学习能力中的5个维度得分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),师生双向满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于三维质量结构理论的双路径导师制教学模式的建立,为临床护理教学质量的提升和临床护理专业的发展提供了明确的导向。Objective To explore the application effect of dual-path tutorial system of three-dimensional quality structure theory in undergraduate clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 208 undergraduate nursing students were divided into the control group(n=102)and the observation group(n=106).The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching mode of department mentors,and the observation group adopted the dual-path tutorial teaching model based on three-dimensional quality structure theory,which included the construction of quality monitoring and management system,the establishment of dual-path mentor team and the implementation of teaching management plan.At the end of teaching,the competency of dual-path mentors,the learning ability of nursing students and the two-way satisfaction rate between tutors and students were compared.Results The total score of competency evaluation of dual-path tutors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the five dimensions and total scores of self-directed learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The two-way satisfaction of teachers and students was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The establishment of dual-path tutorial system teaching model based on three-dimensional quality structure theory provides a clear guidance for the improvement of clinical nursing teaching quality and the development of clinical nursing specialty.
