摘  要:学分银行是一种全新的教育管理模式,该模式以终身学习和教育为基本理念,面向不同类型的教育,是教师继续教育的有效途径。学分银行模式的不断完善有助于幼儿教师综合素质与育人能力提升,建设好学分银行是做好幼儿教师教育工作的关键路径之一,但是目前幼儿教师学分银行建设存在定位不明晰、成果认证标准不统一、管理规则模糊等问题。而明确学分银行定位、统一学分银行成果认证标准、明确学分银行适用范围和规则等,是幼儿教师学分银行发展的路径。Credit bank is a brand-new education management model.This model takes lifelong learning and education as the basic concept,faces different types of education,and is also an effective way for teachers to continue their education.The continuous improvement of the credit bank model is conducive to the improvement of the comprehensive quality and educating ability of preschool teachers.Building a good credit bank is one of the key ways to do a good job in preschool teacher education.However,there are problems in the current credit bank construction,such as unclear positioning,inconsistent certification standards and fuzzy management rules.The path to the development of credit bank for preschool teachers is to clarify the position,unify the achievement certification standards and clarify the scope and rules of the credit bank.
