摘 要:在国内消费大循环背景下,以22家食品企业为调研对象,梳理产业链对应岗位群和专业的关系,由食品检测核心岗位典型工作任务提炼三大核心技能为理化检验、微生物检验和仪器分析,对接天津生物工程职业技术学院食品检测技术专业人才培养方案,根据调研数据调整人才培养方式,保留符合产业发展现状的课程设置,调整食品感官检测技术课程为专业核心课程,并突出教学培养采样核心技能,以促进食品检测专业人才培养的质量,精准服务天津食品产业。通过调查研究,为食品类专业高职人才培养提供一些启示和参考。Under the background of domestic consumption cycle,22 food enterprises were taken as the research objects to comb the relationship between corresponding job groups and specialties in the industrial chain,and refine three core skills from typical tasks of food detection core positions into physical and chemical testing,microbial testing and instrumental analysis.Biological engineering professional technology institute of Tianjin food detection technology professional talent training scheme,according to the survey data adjust the personnel training mode,keep in line with the industry development status quo of the curriculum,adjustment of the curriculum for food sensory testing technology specialized core curriculum,and outstanding sampling core skills in teaching,so as to promote food to detect the quality of professional personnel training,Precise service for Tianjin food industry.It provides some enlightenment and reference for higher vocational talents training of food specialty.
