摘 要:研究大果山楂发酵液对高脂饮食小鼠体质量、体脂肪、血脂及肠道菌群的影响。将32只C57BL/6雄性小鼠随机分为4组:正常组、高脂饮食组、低浓度大果山楂发酵液组和高浓度大果山楂发酵液组,处理12周,测定相关肥胖指标和肠道菌群。结果表明,大果山楂发酵液可抑制由高脂饮食导致的体质量、内脏脂肪指数和肝脏指数增加;降低高脂饮食小鼠总胆固醇(TC)、肝甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量;增加高脂饮食小鼠肠道菌群丰度和多样性,提高拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)相对丰度,降低厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)相对丰度;8种菌的相对丰度在高脂饮食组和大果山楂发酵液组差异显著(P<0.05)。The effects of fermented hawthorn(Malus domeri(Bois)Chev.)broth on body mass,body fat,blood lipid,and intestinal flora of high-fat diet mice were studied.Thirty-two C57BL/6 male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal group,high-fat diet group,low concentration fermented hawthorn broth group,and high concentration fermented hawthorn broth group.The obesity indexes and intestinal flora were measured after 12 weeks of treatment.The results showed that fermented hawthorn broth could inhibit the increase of body mass,visceral fat index,and liver index caused by the high-fat diet.The contents of total cholesterol(TC),liver triglyceride(TG),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)in high-fat diet mice decreased.The abundance and diversity of intestinal flora increased,the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes increased,and the relative abundance of Firmicutes decreased.The relative abundance of 8 genus or species was significantly different between the high-fat diet group and fermented hawthorn broth group(P<0.05).
