摘 要:控辍保学问题是民族地区义务教育发展的难点。经过2020年教育脱贫攻坚决战,义务教育控辍保学政策的实施使辍学生返回校园继续学业。控辍保学不仅要"进得来",还要"留得住"和"学得好"。选取典型个案,通过复学生辍复学前后经历、复学生和非复学生在校情况对比分析,从学习生活、人际交往、自我认知等方面入手,对复学生返回学校后的现状进行调查研究。研究结果发现,虽然复学生对教育价值的认识有所提高,然而他们的学业成就低和厌学问题,不但没有得到解决,反而更为突出;这加深了他们的学业失败者自我认同感,从而陷入了自我评价较低的境况。因此,做好控辍保学工作需要激发学校内在办学活力和提升教育质量。最后,就政府如何为学校提升教育质量提供支持与保障、学校如何解决复学生厌学问题与提升自我认知两方面提出一些建议。The issue of school dropout control is a difficulty for the development of the compulsory education in ethnic regions.In 2020,in the decisive battle against poverty in education,school dropout in compulsory education will enable dropouts to return to school to continue their studies.Dropout control should not only allow students reenter school,but stay and study well at school.To address this issue,this article selects typical cases,investigates and studies the current situation of students reentry into school from aspects of the study and life,interpersonal communication,self-cognition and etc.Through conducting comparative analysis of dropouts’experience before and after school dropout,and the situation between those dropouts who reenter school and those who do not.The study found that although returned students have increased awareness of educational value,their inferior academic performance and personal anxiety towards study,have not solved,but rather become more prominent.This deepened their self-identity among academic losers and thus they were trapped into a situation of low self-evaluation.Accordingly,the article believes that to control dropout and ensure students study at school requires to stimulate the internal vitality of school operation and improve the quality of education.Therefore,this article proposes some suggestions on how the government can provide support and guarantee for improving the quality of education,how to solve the problem of eliminating school reentry students’anxiety and improve their self-cognition.
