摘  要:随着技术不断进步,人们生活水平不断提高,以玉米为原料的玉米油、淀粉和多糖等初级产品的加工已不能满足市场需求,同时以玉米为原料开发的高附加值产品不断得到关注,工业发酵技术的应用更是推动了玉米深加工产品的研发和生产。众多玉米种植区域中,黑龙江省玉米种植面积和单位产能均位居前列,有着显著的玉米原料供应优势,因此众多企业纷纷落户东北,黑龙江省玉米深加工行业得到快速发展。笔者从玉米发酵工业角度出发,阐述了黑龙江省玉米发酵产品的开发利用现状及未来发展趋势。With the continuous advancement of technology and people s living standards,the processing of primary products such as corn oil,starch and polysaccharide with corn as raw materials can no longer meet the market demand.Meanwhile,the high value-added products developed with corn as raw materials have been paid more and more attention.Especially,the application of industrial fermentation technology has promoted the research and development and production of corn deep-processed products.Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province,with corn planting area and unit production capacity in the forefront.Recently,many enterprises have settled in the northeast China due to significant raw material supply advantages,and the corn deep processing industry in Heilongjiang Province has also developed rapidly.From the perspective of fermentation,this paper discusses the development,utilization and future development trend of corn fermentation products in Heilongjiang Province.
