摘  要:青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)是我国特有的一种药食植物,以其嫩叶为原料开发的健康食品备受人们关注。研究表明青钱柳中主要含有多糖类、三萜类、黄酮类和酚酸类等活性物质。近年来科研工作者开始从细胞和分子水平上阐述其作用机理。着眼于青钱柳的国内外研究情况,综述了其各活性物质中代表性成分,系统地总结了其在降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化以及抗氧化应激等方面的功能特性,同时对目前青钱柳在健康食品方面的深入开发和研究进行了展望,以期能为该资源的综合利用和产业发展提供参考。Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)Iljinskaja is a kind of medicinal and edible plant in China.The foods based on its young leaves have received much attention.Researches have indicated that C.paliurus has possessed many active compounds including polysaccharide,triterpenes,flavonoids and phenolic acids.Recently the functional properties and the mechanism of C.paliurus were investigated on cell and molecular level.The paper summarized the major active compounds of C.paliurus and their functional properties,such as anti-diabetic,anti-hyperlipidemic,antioxidant activities and so on.Moreover,the development of C.paliurus in healthy food were also prospected.It will provide an up to date knowledge regarding the comprehensive exploitation of C.paliurus.
