摘　　要：胜任力导向的外科学整合课程是以学生为中心、以能力为基础、以胜任力为导向的医学教育课程创新。课程的目标是通过4个环节培养医学生将来胜任工作所需要的3项核心能力。通过实践总结新课程的优势,并对进一步优化的方案进行讨论。Competency oriented surgery integrated curriculum is an attempt to innovate medical education curriculum, which is student-centered, ability based and competency oriented.The goal of the curriculum is to help medical student be competence for the future work and to be the best of themselves.This course focuses on the training of three core competencies for medical students, it realized through four steps.In this paper, the guiding ideology, design content and teaching results of this curriculum are reported, the advantages of new curriculum are summarized, and the further optimization scheme is discussed, hoping to provide reference for the training of medical talents in China.
