摘 要:加强高职院校教学创新团队建设是落实《职业教育提质培优行动计划》的根本要求。基于提质培优行动计划的实施背景,建设高职院校教学创新团队具有多重价值,有利于实现团队主体的双师型构建及多主体协作,促进专业群打造和产业集聚,全面提升人才培养水平。同时,在高职教师教学创新团队建设过程中,首先应明确其任务导向,即教学水平的国际化建设、团队协作的共同体塑造、课程驾驭能力的培养和教育成果的建设性回馈。针对当前高职院校教学创新团队建设中存在的宏观机制不完善、运行效率较低、管理水平不足、资源保障能力有限等问题,需要从以下路径着手解决:突出改革落地,强化顶层制度设计;聚焦质量提升,实现团队建设的高效运作;促进管理创新,健全团队建设的管理机制;注重增值赋能,强化团队建设的资源配置和监督评价。Strengthening the teaching innovation team construction of vocational colleges is the fundamental requirement for implementing the Action Plan for Quality Improvement and Talent Cultivation of Vocational Education.Based on the implementation background of the action plan for quality improvement and talent cultivation,the teaching innovation team construction of vocational colleges has multiple values,which is conducive to realizing the team-based dual-teacher construction and multi-subject collaboration,promoting the creation of professional groups and industrial clusters,and comprehensively improving the level of talent training.Meanwhile,in the process of constructing teaching innovation teams for vocational college teachers,the task orientation should be initially clarified,that is,the internationalized construction of teaching level,the creation of a community of teamwork,the cultivation of curriculum control ability,and the constructive feedback of educational achievements.In view of the problems of imperfect macro-mechanism,low operating efficiency,insufficient management level,and limited resource guarantee capabilities in the current teaching innovation team construction of vocational colleges,it is necessary to address paths as the follows:highlighting the implementation of reforms and strengthening the top-level system design;focusing on quality improvement to achieve efficient operation of team construction;promoting management innovation and improving the management mechanism of team construction;attaching importance to value-added empowerment and strengthening the allocation of resources and supervision and evaluation of team construction.
