摘　　要：随着我国教育方式的不断改革,作为一种新兴的教育策略,翻转课堂在医学教育领域受到的关注日益增多,诸多证据显示其能提高学习成果。在这种教育模型中,课堂和作业的顺序是相反的。处于信息时代背景下的教育模式影视而生,像微课教学、慕课教学以及翻转课堂等方式,被广泛应用于医学教育中。而翻转课堂作为我国教育行业一种先进的教学观念,教师需要转变以往教学课堂内外的时间模式,并将学习的决定权以及主动权,交还到学生的手上。此种教学理念已经逐渐成为当今教学的全新引导方法。教师通过使用翻转课堂教学理念,可以重点培育学生的创新能力以及主动能动性,并让学生在掌握一定知识内容以及学习能力的前提上,最大化学生的课外预习时间,从而提高课堂教学的有效性。With the continuous reform of education methods in China,flipped classroom,as an emerging education strategy,has attracted increasing attention in the field of medical education.Many evidences show that flipped classroom can improve learning outcomes.In this educational model,classes and assignments are in reverse order.Under the background of the information age,the educational mode,such as micro-class teaching,MOOC teaching and flipped classroom,was born from film and television.It has been widely used in medical education.As an advanced teaching concept in China's education industry,flipped classroom requires teachers to change the previous time mode in and out of classroom teaching,and return the decision and initiative of learning to students.This teaching idea has gradually become a new teaching guidance method.By using the flipped classroom teaching concept,teachers can focus on cultivating students'innovation ability and initiative,and maximize students'preview time after class on the premise of mastering certain knowledge content and learning ability,so as to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
