摘  要:食品安全问题直接关乎民生,是影响我国现代社会居民生命健康的重要影响因素之一。近年来,我国食品安全问题频发,在此背景下,人们对食品安全问题的重视度不断提升,其中,食品营养与食品卫生一直是重点关注内容。目前,我国的食品营养监管与食品卫生监管还存在一些问题,相关部门必须对食品营养与食品卫生监管措施进行创新与优化,以进一步保证食品的安全。基于此,本文综述了食品营养与食品卫生监管现状,并针对其存在的问题提出解决方案,以期对相关部门及人员有所启示。Food safety is directly related to people’s livelihood and is one of the important factors affecting the life and health of modern Chinese residents.In recent years,food safety problems occur frequently in China.In this context,people pay increasing attention to food safety,among which food nutrition and food hygiene have always been the focus of attention.At present,there are still some problems in food nutrition supervision and food hygiene supervision in China.Relevant departments must innovate and optimize food nutrition and food hygiene supervision measures to further ensure food safety.Based on this,the current situation of food nutrition and food hygiene supervision was summarized in this paper,and the solutions to its existing problems were put forward,in order to give some enlightenment to relevant departments and personnel.
