摘  要:我国高职教育改革正在向纵深发展,现代职业教育观和人才观已经由重知识传授向重能力、重素质培养转移,逐渐实现“知识本位”到“能力本位”的转化。为此,文章借鉴澳大利亚ACSF和德国“能力矩阵”的理念,结合幼儿园教师的岗位要求,基于职业核心能力,从能力维度、目标设计、教学情境开发、环境保障等方面开发和设计适合我国高职学前教育专业的课程体系。The reform of higher vocational education in China is developing in depth.The view of modern vocational education and talent has shifted from focusing on knowledge teaching to focusing on ability and quality training,and gradually realized the transformation from"knowledge-based"to"ability-based".Therefore,based on the concept of Australian ACSF and German"ability matrix",combined with the job requirements of kindergarten teachers,and based on professional core competence,this paper develops and designs a curriculum system suitable for China's higher vocational pre-school education specialty from the aspects of ability dimension,goal design,teaching situation development and environmental protection.
