摘  要:目的构建并实践以岗位胜任力为核心的本科护理实习生(简称护生)临床教学模式,为提高教学质量提供依据。方法将2018年7月至2019年3月在本科室实习的61名护生设为对照组,实施传统的临床护理教学模式;2019年7月至2020年12月在本科室实习的59名护生设为观察组,实施依据全日制本科护理实习生岗位胜任力评价指标的临床护理能力、沟通协调能力、评判性思维能力、心理特质及职业发展能力各维度构建的临床教学模式,两组护生实习时间均为8w。比较两组护生护理岗位胜任力各评价指标得分及理论与技能成绩的差异,同时了解两组护生对教学模式的评价。结果观察组护生的护理岗位胜任力总分及其临床护理能力、沟通协调能力、评判性思维能力、心理特质得分均高于对照组,t值分别为2.429、3.351、7.279、3.032和4.065,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而两组护生职业发展能力得分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.817,P=0.072)。观察组护生的理论与技能成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组护生对教学模式的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以岗位胜任力为核心的临床护理教学模式,可提升护生护理岗位胜任力及提高教学质量与教学满意度。Objective Toestablish a trainingmode as the core in the training of full-time undergraduate nursing interns based on the post competency and to provide the references for improving the quality of training.Methods A total of 61 undergraduate nursing students from July 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the control group,in which the traditional clinical teaching model was implemented.Another group of 59 undergraduate nursing students from July 2019 to December 2020 were set as the observation group,of which the post-competency-based training mode was implemented by way of establishingthe contents and methods for training and the evaluation of each dimension according to the five dimensions of clinical nursing capability including the capabilities of communication,coordination,critical thinking,psychological characteristics and career development of the post competency evaluation index among the full-time undergraduate nursing interns.The internship of the two groups both lasted for 8 weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of job competency evaluation index,teaching satisfaction,theory and the skill scores between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the scores of clinical nursing capabilities in communication,coordination,critical thinking,psychological characteristics and total score of nursing students were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=2.429,3.351,7.279,3.032,4.065;all P<0.05),except the scores of career development(t=1.817,P=0.072).The scores of the nursing theory and skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The post-competency-based full-time training mode can enhance the post competency of nursing students and improve the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.
