摘　　要：食品安全问题关系到国计民生,由食品安全事件引发的社会问题则需要掌握食品安全知识的专业人士参与,以促进公众、政府和媒体之间的沟通。师范院校食品相关专业在培养上述人才方面优势突出,能够通过调整培养方案,提高学生的教学能力和食品专业知识水平,在食品安全教育领域作出贡献。Food safety issues concern the national welfare and people's livelihood.Social issues arising from food safety incidents require the participation of professionals with food safety knowledge,in order to promote the communication between the public,the government and the media.Food-related majors in normal universities have advantages in cultivating the above talents through adjusting the training program.Students'teaching ability and their food professional knowledge level can be improved.Thus,they will make contributions to the field of food safety education.
