摘 要:目的研究病例讨论法在临床心电图教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年2月该院80名实习医生,根据不同教学模式分为观察组与对照组,每组40名,对照组采用常规带教方法,观察组在对照组基础上增加病例讨论法进行临床带教,分析两种方法的应用效果。结果两组实习医生的考核成绩、综合能力、实习医生对教学方式及对教师满意度比较,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心电图的临床教学中应用病例讨论法效果比较好,可明显提高实习医生的考试成绩,实习医生的综合能力得到显著提升,同时带教教师的教学方法以及能力也得到了实习医生的认可。Objective To study the application effect of case discussion method in clinical ECG teaching.Methods 80 trainee doctors in the hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected.According to different teaching modes,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 trainee doctors in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the observation group added the case discussion method on the basis of the control group.Analyzed the application effect of the two methods.Results The assessment results,comprehensive ability,teaching methods and teaching satisfaction of trainee doctors were compared between the two groups of trainee doctors,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case discussion method is effective in clinical teaching of electrocardiogram,which can significantly improve the examination results of trainee doctors and the comprehensive ability of trainee doctors.At the same time,the teaching methods and abilities of the teachers have also been recognized by the trainee doctors.
