摘 要:在高等教育大众化背景下,如何确保学校教学质量能够得到有效提高,是应用型高校需要关注与探索的重要问题。研究发现,部分应用型高校存在教师队伍结构不太合理、部分课程设置不合理、学生学习动力不足、教学质量管理绩效考核机制不健全等问题,影响教学质量的提高。通过分析,文章提出建设“双师型”教师队伍、设置科学合理的课程体系、激发学生的学习动力、落实教学质量管理绩效考核机制等应对策略,以期对推动应用型高校教学质量的提高提供一些帮助。In the context of the popularization of higher education,ensuring the effective improvement of teaching quality is an important issue that application-oriented colleges and universities need to pay attention to and explore.The study found that some application-oriented universities have some problems,such as unreasonable teacher team structure,unreasonable curriculum,insufficient students'learning motivation,imperfect performance appraisal mechanism of teaching quality management and so on,which affect the improvement of teaching quality.Through the analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as building a"double qualified"teacher team,setting up a scientific and reasonable curriculum system,stimulating students'learning motivation,and implementing the performance appraisal mechanism of teaching quality management,in order to provide some help to promote the improvement of teaching quality in application-oriented colleges and universities.
