摘  要:学习成果认证制度已成为衔接不同类型教育的桥梁和通道,对于职业教育的发展,尤其是扩招后的职业教育改革具有重要意义。梳理了学习成果认证制度的内涵、面临困境和在职业教育领域的作用,阐述了学习成果认证的机构设置、认证原则、工作与方法及认证过程的组织。根据认证的4个阶段划分办法,对在线开放课程、开放教育资源、非学历课程的认证案例进行了剖析,在此基础上提出了扩招背景下职业院校学习成果认证的实施路径。Learning achievement certification system has become a bridge and channel to connect all kinds of education types at all levels, which is of great significance to the development of vocational education, especially the reform of vocational education after enrollment expansion. This paper sorts out the connotation, difficulties and role of learning achievement certification system in the field of vocational education. It expounds the organization settings, certification principles, work and methods, and the organization of certification process of learning achievement certification. According to the four stages of certification, it analyzes the certification cases of online open courses, open education resources and non-academic courses, and puts forward the implementation path of learning achievement certification in vocational colleges under the background of enrollment expansion.
