现代学徒制视角下加强高职酒店管理专业劳动教育的路径探索

摘　　要：劳动教育是新时期构建德智体美劳全面发展的教育体系的关键环节。本文以现代学徒制视角,分析高职酒店管理专业开展劳动教育的必要性,制定明确的劳动教育目标、构建劳动教育体系、实施劳动教育活动、完善劳动教育评价的高职酒店管理专业劳动教育的路径。Labor education is the key link of constructing an education system of the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development in the new era.From the perspective of modern apprenticeship,this paper analyzes the necessity of developing labor education in higher vocational hotel management specialty,sets the clear labor education goals,constructs the labor education system,implements the labor education activities,and improves the labor education evaluation in higher vocational hotel management specialty.
