摘  要:近年来,我国中等职业教育教师职后培训项目越办越多,但也出现一些异化现象。异化是指教师培训的目的、过程、功能以及培训机构本身逐渐偏离其本原,朝着本质属性或发展趋势相反的方向发展。基于异化理论视角,通过调查研究发现,中等职业教育教师职后培训异化现象主要表现为三个方面:培训机构的异化、培训主体的异化和培训功能的异化。克服或纾解异化现象,中等职业教育教师职后培训应回归到中等职业教育发展的现实场域中来,回归到中等职业教育教师培训自身发展的逻辑上来,回归到中等职业教育教师专业发展的实际问题上来。In recent years,more and more in-service training programs have been activated for secondary vocational teachers in China,but the alienation of the training programs has gradually emerged.Alienation means that the purpose,process,and function of the training,as well as the training institution itself,gradually deviate from its originality and develop towards the direction opposite to the essential attributes and development trends.Based on the alienation theory,this research finds that the alienation of in-service training programs for secondary vocational teachers is mainly manifested in three aspects including the alienation of training institutions,the alienation of training subjects,and the alienation of training functions.To deal with the alienation,the in-service training of secondary vocational teachers should re-focus on the realistic situation of the development of secondary vocational education,the logic of the development of secondary vocational teachers’training,and the practical problems in the specialty development of secondary vocational teachers.
