摘 要:留学生教育是中国医学院校国际医学教育的重要组成部分。全球新冠肺炎疫情背景下,如何在疫情常态化管理下提高留学生临床教学质量,成为中国现阶段留学生教育亟待解决的问题。文章对中国医科大学本科留学生“全科医学”课程教学模式的特点及现状进行分析总结,列举了现阶段留学生教学中存在的问题以及影响教学质量的主要因素,阐述了线上线下混合教学模式在留学生教学中的具体实施方式。通过与传统教学模式相对比,混合教学模式不仅可以激发学生的学习兴趣、提高其主观能动性,更能够加强学生对基础知识以及临床技能的掌握。笔者对未来留学生“全科医学”教学提出可行性建议,为进一步临床教学改革提供有利的理论基础及实践依据。Education of international students is an important part of international medical education in Chinese medical colleges and universities.Since the COVID-19 pandemic swept the world,how to improve the clinical teaching quality of international students under the normalized management of the pandemic has become an urgent problem to be solved in the education of inter-national students in our country at the present stage.This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and present situation of the teaching mode of General Practice for international students in China Medical University,enumerates the problems in the teaching of international students at the present stage and the main factors that affect the teaching quality,and expounds in detail the specific implementation of the online and offline blended teaching mode in the teaching of international students.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,blended teaching mode can not only stimulate students'interest in learning and improve their subjective initiative,but also strengthen students'mastery of basic knowledge and clinical skills.Finally,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the teaching of"General Practice"of international students in the future,and intends to provide a favorable theoretical and practical basis for further clinical teaching reform.
