摘　　要：新工科建设能对区域经济发展和产业转型升级起到重要支撑作用。针对部分地方本科高校在新工科建设中遇到了难题和痛点进行分析总结。在此基础上,以郑州科技学院食品专业新工科建设为例,总结其以“培养服务于地方优势产业或新兴产业的食品生产及技术服务现场人才”为目标,依托产教融合,在专业特色方向设置、人才培养方案修订、校企合作机制构建、师资队伍建设和激励机制设计等方面的研究、实践成果,以期为地方食品产业人才储备和技术进步提供更好支撑,助力中国工程教育强国建设。The construction of new engineering could play an important supporting role in regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.The difficulties and pain points were analyzed and summarized which were encountered in the process of new engineering construction in some local colleges and universities.On this basis,taking the construction of new engineering of food specialty of Zhengzhou University of Science and Technology as an example,this school had been aiming to cultivate“on-site talents for food production and technical services serving local advantageous industries or emerging industries”,its research and practice results on the setting of specialty direction,the revision of talent training scheme,the construction of school enterprise cooperation mechanism,the construction of teaching staff and the design of incentive mechanism relying on the integration of industry and education were summarized,so as to provide better support for talent reserve and technological progress of local food industry,and help the construction of a powerful country of engineering education.
