摘  要:核心能力对于职业、专业至关重要,以档案学专业为样本研究职业核心能力和专业核心能力,既有利于“双核”能力研究和实践的新探索,也有利于包括档案学在内的应用型专业“双核”人才培养的分层设计和路径优化。基于档案学专业“双核”能力研判意义、依据的分析,提出职业核心能力可从关键岗位胜任能力、专门技术技能和职业生涯发展能力等维度,专业核心能力可从关键知识运用能力、专业知识创新能力和专业本体研发能力三个维度进行研判,并从培养方案制定、培养方式选择、培养资源构建和培养质量评价等思考如何开展档案学专业人才“双核”能力培养,旨在促进档案学专业和职业的融合发展。Core competence plays an important role in careers and majors.Taking Archives(Science)major as a sample to study Professional Core Competence and Major Core Competence,is not only conducive to the new exploration of'Dual-core'Competence researches and practices,but also beneficial for the hierarchical design and path optimization of'Dual-core'Competence training in applied majors,such as Archives(Science).Based on the analysis of the significance and basis of the'Dual-core'Competence judgment for Archival(Science),this paper puts forward that the Professional Core Competence can be studied and judged from the dimensions of Key Post Competency,Special Technical Skills and Career Development Ability,and the Major Core Competence from the three dimensions of Key Knowledge Application Ability,Major Knowledge Innovation Ability and Professional Ontology R&D Ability,as well as how to carry out the'Dual-core'Competence training of archival(Science)from the formulation of training scheme,the selection of training mode,construction of training resources and the evaluation of training quality,in order to promote the integrated development of Archival(Science)specialty and career.
