摘 要:以枸骨花多酚提取量为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,用Box-Behnken响应面法优化超声辅助提取枸骨花多酚的工艺条件,并以·O_(2)^(-)、DPPH·和·OH清除能力考察枸骨花多酚的抗氧化能力。结果表明:枸骨花多酚的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶21(g/mL)、超声功率276 W、乙醇体积分数58%、提取时间51 min,在该条件下枸骨花多酚提取量为(23.24±0.13)mg/g。枸骨花多酚对·O_(2)^(-)、DPPH·和·OH具有较强的清除作用,其清除·O_(2)^(-)、DPPH·和·OH的IC_(50)分别为0.362、0.488和0.128 mg/mL。The extraction amount of polyphenols from Ilex cornuta flowers was used as the index.On the basis of single factor test,the extraction conditions of polyphenols from Ilex cornuta flowers were optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method.The antioxidant capacity of Ilex cornuta flowers polyphenols were evaluated by scavenging capacity of·O_(2)^(-),DPPH·and·OH.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polyphenols from Ilex cornuta flowers were as follows:solid to liquid 1∶21(g/mL),ultrasonic power 276 W,ethanol volume fraction 58%and extraction time 51 min.Under these conditions,the extraction amount of polyphenols was(23.24±0.13)mg/g.The polyphenols from Ilex cornuta flowers had good scavenging effect on·O_(2)^(-),DPPH·and·OH.The IC_(50) of scavenging·O_(2)^(-),DPPH·and·OH were 0.362 mg/mL,0.488 mg/mL and 0.128 mg/mL,respectively.
