摘  要:教育实习对职前教师专业成长具有关键性作用。为了探究教育实习中的反思如何推动职前教师专业成长,对师范生在教育实习中的反思进行质性研究。研究发现,师范生在见习阶段,经历了从期待、兴奋到无助的过程,最终激发学生的教学动力,通过实际的教学行动克服困难,促进学生的专业成长;而试教阶段的反思聚焦于教学策略与教学知识的检讨,助推师范生更精准地理解“教师”这一职业。As a pre-service teacher training, teaching practice is very important for students in normal universities. In order to explore the role of teaching practice for teacher career development, this article carried out a qualitative research on the reflection of teaching practice of normal university students. It shows that the students experienced expectation, excitement to disappointment in their teaching practice stage. Through teaching practice, they gain professional growth and overcome difficulties.Their reflection on the teaching strategy and professional knowledge helps them understanding the profession as a teacher in details.
