摘　　要：食品安全事关人们的身体健康及生命安全,食品微生物检验是确保食品安全的重要保障。本文在分析我国食品微生物检验基本内容及特点的基础上,综述了当前食品微生物检验技术的原理、应用及存在的问题。Food safety is related to people’s health and life safety,food microbiological examination is an important safeguard to ensure food safety.Based on the analysis of the basic contents and characteristics of food microbiological examination in China,this paper summarizes the principle,application and existing problems of the current food microbiological inspection technology.
