摘  要:贵州省职业院校师生技能大赛暨全国职业院校技能大赛选拔赛在2022年增设省赛特色赛项——“白酒品评”。本文针对“白酒品评”特色赛项首次竞赛成绩进行统计分析,针对竞赛反映的问题提出建议:更新《白酒品评与勾调技术》课程课程内容;建立专业指导教师队伍;规范机制,逐步扩大竞赛规模和影响力,旨在为贵州省职业院校技能大赛白酒品评特色赛项的发展方向提供参考。In 2022,the Vocational Skills Competition in Vocational Colleges in Guizhou has set up a new contest item,Baijiu tasting.In this paper,the competition results of Baijiu tasting are analyzed.Some suggestions are put forward:the teaching materials of Baijiu tasting and blending should be updated,a professional teacher team should be established,and the rules of the competition should be more formal.This paper aims at providing reference for the development direction of the Vocational Skills Competition in Vocational Colleges in Guizhou.
