摘  要:查房作为中医住院医师规范化培训教学的重要手段,对于培养规培医师的中医临床思维,坚定从事中医临床的信心有关键作用。现以“消渴病”教学查房为例,按照启发式、问题式教学的思路结合中医辨证论治的特点进行教学设计,坚持“以问题为导向,以学生为主体”的教学理念,按照学生认知特点,循循善诱,注重对规培医师诊察、辨证、论治等中医临床思维能力的培养和提高,取得了满意的教学效果。Teaching ward rounds as an important means of standardized training for Chinese medicine resident doctors plays a key role in cultivating the clinical thinking of Chinese medicine practitioners and strengthening the confidence of traditional Chinese medicine. The article takes the "sickness sickness" teaching rounds as an example, according to the heuristic and problembased teaching ideas combined with the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, adheres to the teaching philosophy of "problemoriented, studentoriented", according to students' recognition. Knowing the characteristics, following the good and tempting, paying attention to the cultivation and improvement of the clinical thinking ability of TCM doctors in diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, and achieved satisfactory teaching results.
