摘　　要：基于现代学徒制人才培养的内涵,分析了现代学徒制与传统订单式的异同,总结归纳了现代学徒制人才培养模式在酒店管理专业施行的具体形式和四个主要制约因素,并从进一步提高企业的积极性、充分发挥行业协会的作用、提升企业教学管理能力、创新企业师傅管理方式等四个方面提出了高职酒店管理专业现代学徒制运行模式的优化策略。Based on the connotation of modern apprenticeship talent training,this article analyzes the similarities and differences between modern apprenticeship and traditional order-style,summarizes the specific forms and four main constraints of modern apprenticeship training mode in hotel management major.From four aspects,such as further improving the enthusiasm of enterprises,giving full play to the role of industry associations,enhancing the teaching and management capabilities of enterprises,and innovating the management methods of enterprise masters,the suggestions for optimizing the modern apprenticeship operation mode of higher vocational hotel management majors are put forward.
