摘  要:目的探索全科住院医师在风湿免疫科规范化培训的带教模式和方法。方法本文根据风湿病的特点和全科医疗的需求,从分层教学、多样化教学模式、规范管理与考核制度三方面对全科住院医师在风湿免疫科的带教方法进行阐述。结果专科分层多样化模式带教全科住院医师的培养效果好,能够激发住院医师学习兴趣,培养自学能力、提升基础理论和临床实践能力。结论多样化、分层教学方法,有利于培养出具有常见风湿病诊治能力的全科医师,提升社区卫生服务质量。Objective To explore the specialized teaching model and methods of standardized training for resident physicians in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology.Methods According to the characteristics of rheumatism and the needs of general medical treatment,this paper discusses three aspects including stratified teaching,diversified teaching model,standardized management and assessment system in teaching general residents.Results Multi-level model of specialized subjects was conducive to stimulate practitioners’interest in learning,cultivate self-study ability and improve the ability of basic theory and clinical practice.Conclusion Diversified and stratified teaching methods are beneficial to cultivate a group of general practitioners with the diagnosis and treatment ability of common rheumatic diseases and to improve the quality of community health services.
