摘 要:对我国“双一流”建设高校全职外籍教师的深度访谈发现,他们的组织支持感呈现出显著的内容差异,即工作支持感最高,生活支持感次之,情感支持感最低。同时,组织支持感还呈现出较大的地域差异,这既与地区经济发展程度密切相关,也深受校内组织与个体国际化理念的影响。当前,全职外籍教师更多地呈现出“边缘群体”的角色属性。为改变这种状况,高校应重视多维度提升校内组织和成员国际化建设的理念与能力,同时也需各级政府、企业、社会组织的强力支持与高效协作。Based on the in-depth interviews with full-time foreign faculty at Chinese research universities,this study finds that there are significant differences in the content of their perceived organizational support,with the highest level of perceptions of work support,followed by life support and emotional support.In addition,the perceived organizational support also shows significant differences in regions,which is closely related to the degree of regional economy and the conception of organizations and individuals on campus.At present,full-time foreign faculty in Chinese universities are more like marginals.Hence,universities should enhance the international philosophies and capabilities of their internal organizations and individual members in multiple ways,and also need the strong support and efficient cooperation of governments at all levels,enterprises and social organizations.
