摘　　要：在人们对早期教育重要性的认识不断加深以及市场对早期教育人才的需求量逐渐增大的背景下,早期教育人才的培养却相对滞后,还存在一系列问题。文章通过问卷调查、访谈等方法,对毕业生、早期教育相关从业人员和早期教育机构等人员进行调查与访谈,在分析目前校企合作背景下早期教育人才培养情况的基础上,从学生和企业两个维度剖析早期教育人才培养存在的问题,并提出基于校企合作的早期教育人才培养的对策。With the deepening understanding of the importance of early education and the increasing market demand for early education talents,the cultivation of early education talents is relatively lagging behind,and there are still a series of problems.This paper investigates and interviews graduates,early education related practitioners and early education institutions through questionnaires,interviews and other methods.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of early education talent cultivation in the context of school enterprise cooperation,the paper analyzes the problems in early education talent cultivation from the two dimensions of students and enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures for early education talent cultivation based on school enterprise cooperation.
