摘  要:受机械论的研究范式所限,长久以来我国运动技术研究脱离现实的运动情境,遮蔽了其主体性、动态性、生成性特征。将运动技术还原到现实的身体运动情境,紧扣这几个特征发现,它作为人的存在方式,有鲜明的具身特征,实为经由身体间性的对话过程生成“共感”,主体对自身运动感觉体系重构或精练化后融入身体的意会知识。“观察与模仿”“领会与引领”是其教学要点。Limited by the research paradigm of the mechanism theory,the study of sports skills in China has long been divorced from the realistic sports situation,obscuring the characteristics of subjectivity,dynamics and generation of the skills.By applying sports skills to the realistic situations of physical activities and on the basis of these characteristics,this paper found that,as an existence way of human,sports skills have distinct embodied characteristics which are actually a"synesthesia"generated through the process of inter-body dialogue and the subject’s tacit knowledge of their sensory system on sports integrating into the body after its reconstruction or refinement.The key points of teaching sports skills are observation and imitation and comprehension and guidance.
