摘 要:课堂学习效果是检验人才培养质量的一个显性指标,研究其作用机制对于提升课堂学习效果具有积极意义。基于自我决定理论和投入学习理论,以学习动机和教学质量作为变量,将学习投入作为中介变量,建立中职学生课堂学习效果影响因素理论关系模型,并采用结构方程模型进行验证模型。结果表明:学习动机和教学质量均显著正向影响学习投入,且学习投入显著正向影响学习效果。中职学生课堂学习效果提升策略为:积极激发学生的学习动机、注重课堂教学质量的提升、促进学生的学习投入。The classroom learning effect is a dominant indicator to test the quality of talent training,and studying its mechanism is of positive significance for improving the classroom learning effect.Based on self-determination theory and engaged learning theory,with learning motivation and teaching quality as variables,and learning engagement as mediating variable,a theoretical relationship model of the influencing factors of classroom learning effect on secondary vocational students is established,and the structural equation modeling method is used to verify the model.The results show that both learning motivation and teaching quality have a significant positive impact on learning engagement,and learning engagement has a significant positive impact on learning effect.The strategies for improving the classroom learning effect of secondary vocational students are:actively stimulate students’learning motivation,pay attention to the improvement of classroom teaching quality,and promote students’learning engagement.
