摘  要:目的 探讨传统教学法联合迷你临床演练测评(Mini-CEX)在中医妇科学临床教学中的应用效果。方法 将在海军军医大学第一附属医院中医妇科实习的48名学生随机分为对照组和实验组,分别给予传统教学法和传统教学法联合Mini-CEX;实习结束后分别对2组学生进行理论知识和临床技能考核,同时对学生进行满意度调查。结果 实验组学生理论知识考核、临床技能考核成绩、临床综合能力考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且该组学生对传统教学法联合Mini-CEX的满意度高达87.50%(21/24)。结论 传统教学法联合Mini-CEX可促进学生综合素质的培养,提高中医妇科学的临床教学水平。Objective To investigate the application effect of traditional teaching method combined with Mini clinical evaluation(Mini-CEX)in clinical teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods Forty-eight students were randomly divided into two groups.The control group studies were given traditional teaching method,and the experimental group studies were given traditional teaching method combined with Mini-CEX respectively.After the internship,the two groups of students were assessed for their theoretical and clinical abilities,and their satisfaction was investigated.Results The theoretical and clinical assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the degree of satisfaction of the students in the experimental group to the traditional teaching method combined with Mini-CEX was as high as 87.50%(21/24).Conclusion Traditional teaching method combined with Mini-CEX can promote the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality and improve the clinical teaching level of gynecology of TCM.
