摘  要:基于机器人行业人才需求“一多、一高”的特点,分析当下高职院校工业机器人专业在人才培养中存在的问题.以青岛职业技术学院为例,从明确“一专多能,一人多岗”的专业人才培养目标、构建基于“书证融通”理念的模块化课程体系、深化校企合作3个方面,探索工业机器人专业人才培养与产业结构调整相契合及服务于区域经济发展的新路径,助力国家新旧动能转换战略.Based on the characteristics of"one more,one higher"of talent demand in the robot industry,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the talent training of industrial robot major in higher vocational colleges.Taking Qingdao Technical College as an example,from three aspects it clarified the objective of talents training as"one specialist with multiple abilities,one person with multiple posts",constructed the modular curriculum system based on the conception of"the integration of graduation certificate and vocational certificates",and deepened the school-enterprise cooperation,etc.The paper aims to explore new paths for the talent training of industrial robot major to fit with the adjustment of industrial structure and serve the development of regional economy,so as to assist the national strategies for new and old kinetic energy conversion.
