摘  要:基于自我概念理论构建人机关系影响员工任务绩效的中介模型,通过对924份人工智能应用型企业员工的调查问卷数据进行实证检验。研究结果显示人机关系会正向影响员工任务绩效;人与智能机器的互动会使员工形成自我概念,进而促进员工角色认同和自我效能感的产生,由此激发员工作出与自我概一致的和强化自我概念的行为,拓展员工工作中的资源与心里安全感,促进任务绩效的达成;混合情绪负向调节了人机关系对角色认同的影响。The research uses the self-concept theory to construct an intermediary model of human-machine relationship affecting employees’ task performance, and analyzes the questionnaires of employees of artificial intelligence application enterprises. The study found that the relationship between humans and machines positively affects the task performance of employees;the interaction between humans and intelligent machines makes employees form selfconcept, and then promotes the generation of employee role identification and self-efficacy, thus stimulates employees to make self-consistency and self-efficacy, strengthens the behavior of self-concept, expands the resources and psychological security of employees in work, and promotes the achievement of task performance. Mixed emotions negatively moderate the effect of human-machine relationship on role identity.
