摘 要:职前教师教育在教师成长过程中的价值弱化的表现较为明显,其中师德培育、政策的价值取向、专业教育和专业发展等方面有待进一步完善。从教师成长视角来看,职前教师教育价值的弱化主要是由一系列矛盾所致,即职前教师培养目标的实用性与教师成长追求的崇高性之间的矛盾、职前教师教育阶段的封闭性与教师成长过程的开放性之间的矛盾、职前教师教育活动的假定性与教师成长实践的真实性之间的矛盾,以及职前教师教育的专业性供给与教师成长的专业化需求之间的矛盾。以此为基础,提出如下应对策略:高校需要主动构建面向教师终身成长的师德教育体系;融入职前职后开放贯通的政策体系;加大基于真实情境的专业学习资源供给;打造引领专业发展的教师研修共同体。The weakening of the value of pre-service teacher education in the process of teacher growth is obvious,but there is a necessity for the further improvement on aspects of cultivation of teacher ethics,policy value orientation,professional education and professional development.From the perspective of teacher growth,the reasons for the weakening of the value of pre-service teacher education lie in the contradiction between the practicability of pre-service teacher training objectives and the lofty pursuit of teacher growth,the contradiction between the closeness of pre-service teacher education stage and the openness of teacher growth process,the contradiction between the assumption of pre-service teacher education activities and the authenticity of teacher growth practice,and the contradiction between the professional supply of pre-service teacher education and the professional demand of teacher growth.Therefore,relevant colleges and universities need to take the initiative to build an ethics educational system oriented to teachers’lifelong growth,integrate with an open policy system before and after service,increase the supply of professional learning resources based on real situations,and create a teacher training community serving lifelong development.
