摘 要:目的:探讨思政课堂对提高护生人文关怀能力的影响及效果。方法:2020年1月~2021年6月选取某院的64例大专护理专业实习护士(护生)根据教学方法的不同将其分为对照组30例和试验组34例,对照组护生进行常规教学方法,试验组在对照组教学方法上联合思政课堂的内容进行教学。比较两组护生教学前、后人文关怀能力、出科理论成绩和技能操作成绩及所护理患者的护理满意度。结果:两组护生教学前、后人文关怀能力、出科理论成绩和技能操作成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后试验组护生在理解、耐心以及鼓励方面的得分和出科理论成绩及技能操作成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护生所护理患者的护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将思政元素融入至常规教学中可显著提高护生的人文关怀能力,同时也可提高所护理患者的护理满意程度。Objective To explore the influence and effect of ideological and political class on improving the humanistic care ability of nursing students.Method From January 2020 to June 2021,64 junior college nursing practice nurses(nursing students) from a hospital were selected and divided into 30 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the test group according to the different teaching methods;The nursing students in the control group carried out routine teaching methods;The teaching methods in the test group were combined with the content of the ideological and political classroom;The two groups of nursing students’ humanistic care ability,theoretical achievement and skill operation achievement before and after teaching,as well as nursing satisfaction of the nursing patients were compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of nursing students in terms of humanistic care ability,theoretical scores and skill operation scores before and after teaching(P<0.05);After teaching,the scores of nursing students in the test group in terms of understanding,patience and encouragement,as well as theoretical scores and skill operation scores after graduation were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of nursing students in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of ideological and political elements into routine teaching can significantly improve the humanistic care ability of nursing students,and can also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
