摘 要:研究选取韩国学校文化中的学校组织文化、教师文化、教学文化三个领域,系统梳理这些领域在1990—2020年的研究主题特征。结果显示,韩国的学校组织文化和教师文化研究较多,教学文化研究较少。学校组织文化研究主要集中在学校文化与其他相关变量关系的测定上。教师文化研究以教学业务、教学管理、人际关系等为中心,揭示教师在信念、价值观、行为、语言、礼仪、意识等方面的文化特征。教学文化研究超越了从学科教学角度研究的局限性。后续的学校文化研究有必要严格区分学校文化与学校组织文化的概念,深化教职文化研究,拓宽教学文化研究的广度和深度。This study selected three areas of South Korean school culture:school organization culture,teacher culture,and teaching culture,and systematically sorted out the characteristics of their research themes from 1990 to 2020.The results show that there are more studies on school organization culture and teacher culture but fewer studies on teaching culture in South Korea.Research on school organizational culture has focused on the measurement of the relationship between school culture and other relevant variables.The research of teacher culture centers on teaching operations,teaching management,and interpersonal relationships to reveal the cultural characteristics of teachers in terms of beliefs,values,behaviors,language,rituals,and consciousness.The research on teaching culture transcends the limitations of studying teaching culture from a disciplinary teaching perspective.In the future,it is necessary to strictly distinguish the concepts of school culture and school organizational culture,deepen the research on teaching culture,and broaden the breadth and depth of teaching culture research.
