摘 要:通过对井冈山大学2014级至2017级化学师范生教育研究类毕业论文的实施与指导现状调查,发现了存在的突出问题,针对选择教育研究类毕业论文的学生人数偏少、毕业论文缺乏中学老师参与指导、毕业论文研究方法单一、毕业论文整体质量不高等系列问题提出了具体的对策建议。以2018级化学师范生为试点,实行中学教师和高校教师联合指导的“双导师制”,通过毕业论文与教育见习、教育实习及教育研习的紧密结合,实施了毕业论文选题与论证、毕业论文实地调研与实践研究、毕业论文撰写与答辩评审等环节的综合改革。结果表明,教育研究类毕业论文改革显著增强了师范生的教育研究意识,提高了师范生的教育研究能力,为培养合格“教育研究型”师范人才奠定了良好的基础。Through the investigation on the writing and guidance of the graduation thesis of the students from 2014 to 2017,the prominent problems in the graduation thesis of education research such as the small number of students choosing the graduation thesis of education research,the lack of middle school teachers’participation in the guidance of the graduation thesis,the single research method of the graduation thesis,un-high quality etc.were found.Aiming at these problems,concrete countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.Taking 2018 chemical normal students as the pilot,the“double tutor system”of middle school teachers and college teachers was implemented.Through the close combination of graduation thesis and educational internship,educational practice and educational research,the comprehensive reform of graduation thesis topic selection and demonstration,graduation thesis field research and practical research,graduation thesis writing and defense review was carried out.The results show that the educational research graduation thesis reform has significantly enhanced the normal students'awareness and ability of educational research,and laid a better foundation for training qualified“educational research”normal talents.
