摘 要:目的探讨“构思—设计—实现—运作(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate,CDIO)”教学模式在急诊护士继续教育中的应用。方法选取急诊科留职8年内的32名护士作为研究对象,采取随机数字分组法分为2组,对照组按照传统教学模式进行继续教育,研究组按照CDIO教学模式进行继续教育。结果教学后结果显示研究组理论成绩、操作成绩平均分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组核心能力各维度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护士继续教育中应用CDIO教学模式能使护士对自身所学知识进行梳理与巩固,有助于提高护士学习的参与性、积极性与核心能力。Objective To discuss the application of“conceive-design-implement-operate(CDIO)”teaching mode in the continuing education of emergency nurses.Methods Thirty-two nurses who stayed in the emergency department for 8 years were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by number random grouping.The control group received continued education according to the traditional teaching model,and the study group received continued education according to the CDIO teaching model.Results The results after teaching showed that the theoretical and operational scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All dimensions of core competence in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CDIO teaching mode in the continuing education of emergency nurses can enable nurses to sort out and consolidate their own knowledge,and help nurses improve their learning participation,enthusiasm and core competence.
