摘  要:职业教育作为与区域产业发展联系密切的教育类型,需要把握数字经济发展的时代背景,提升人才培养质量及其与产业需求的适应性,提供具有数字素养的劳动力,并促进学习型社会的形成,助力产业结构升级与高质量发展。文章通过对信息化时代学习型社会中学习资源数字化、学习平台数字化、学习环境数字化、教育教学团队数字化四项特征的分析,基于数字经济成为全球经济发展的核心动力、产业数字化凸显构建学习型社会的紧迫性、职业教育数字化的转型背景和时代要求,提出以职业教育数字化转型促进学习型社会形成的实践路径。一是建设数字化转型人才队伍,为服务学习型社会形成提供关键力量;二是建设职业教育数字化学习资源,为学习型社会形成提供重要基础;三是建设职业教育数字化教学平台,为学习型社会形成完善技术保障;四是开展学习评价数字化改革,为学习型社会形成提供决策依据;五是开展教育数字化新技术创新研究,为学习型社会形成明确发展方向。As a type of education closely related to the regional industry development,vocational education needs to follow digital economy development,improve the quality of talent training and adaptability to industrial demands,provide a workforce with digital literacy,promote the formation of a learning society,and facilitate the industrial structure and high-quality development.This paper analyzes four features of digital learning resources,digital learning platform,digital learning environment and education and teaching team digitization in the learning society in the information age.Based on the fact that digital economy has become the core driving force of global economic development,industrial digitization highlights the urgency of building a learning society,as well as the transformation background and requirements of the era vocational education digitization,it proposes a practical path to promote the formation of a learning society through the digital transformation of vocational education.Firstly,it builds digital transformation talent teams and provides key strength for the formation of a service-oriented learning society.Secondly,it constructs digital learning resources for vocational education and provides an important foundation for the formation of a learning society.Thirdly,it creates a digital teaching platform of vocational education and forms perfect technical guarantee for the learning society.Fourthly,it initiates the digital reform of learning evaluation and provides decision-making guidance for the formation of learning society.Fifthly,it carries out innovative research on the new technology of education digitization with clear development direction for learning society.
