摘　　要：天才儿童是造就拔尖创新人才的重要来源。以色列在天才儿童培养方面具有成熟体系和丰富经验。在管理体制上,以色列政府设立专门的管理部门,大力提供财政支持,开展教师培训和资格认证,做好专业指导和科研支撑。在鉴定和选拔方面,体现出分层次、多领域和分段选拔的特点。在此基础上,以项目制形式推进,通过“特殊班级”和“充实中心”等项目构成多样化的培养体系。展望未来,以色列正在兼顾多样化、关注特殊个体、扩大影响力方面,进一步探索对天才儿童的培养。Since gifted children are the important source of top-notch innovative talents,Israel has a mature system and rich experience in the relevant cultivation.In terms of management system,the Israeli government has set up a special administrative department to provide financial support,carry out teacher training and qualification certification with professional guidance and scientific research support.In terms of identification and selection,it reflects the characteristics of hierarchical,multi-field and segmented selection.On this basis,it is promoted in the form of project,and a diversified training system through programs such as“Special Classes”and“Enrichment Centers”.Israel is further exploring the cultivation of gifted children in a way that combines diversity,attention to special individuals,and influence.
