摘  要:立德树人是高等职业教育的首要任务,课程思政是落实立德树人重要途径。将OBE教学理念应用到“发酵技术”课程思政建设,分别从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价4个维度开展课程思政教学改革探索与实践。在润物细无声中培养新时代高职毕业生的爱国情怀、科学思维、工匠精神、创新意识以及职业素养,并为其它相关课程开展课程思政建设提供借鉴。Establishing morality and cultivating people is the primary task of higher vocational education. Deological and political education is an important way to implement it. This paper applies the OBE teaching concept to the ideological and political construction of the “fermentation technology”course. The exploration and practice of the ideological and political teaching reform of the course were carried out from the four dimensions of teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation. Cultivate the patriotism, scientific thinking, craftsmanship, innovation awareness and professional quality of vocational college graduates in the new era in a quiet way, and provide reference for other related courses to carry out ideological and political construction.
